What we do
We are facilitating dialogues within and between organizations.
Dialogues are a means of management to intervene in current discourses
in organisations, communities and networks, and lead to new insights and
perspectives.
Strategic dialogues allow organisations to questions their assumptions
about the nature of knowledge assets and flows. Changing perceptions about
knowledge always starts with the individual. All individuals have a sphere
of influence along with their own individual knowledge, and this why dialogues
are a powerful to develop understanding and action.
Creating dialogues:
• within organisations through seminars and other forms of learning
and interventions
• at conferences, summits, symposia and other large communication
events
• through networks and communities of peers and experts
• in emerging knowledge spaces such as clusters
